Canned clam (184 g)
Flour (15 g)

🔢Directions¶
Cook potatoes for 20 minutes
Saute mirepoix with butter
Add flour, saute, then add stock (300 ml)
Add clam and bouquet garni and milk and potatoes, simmer for 30 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
