Ham [80 g]

Eggs [1]

🧂Seasoning

Plum sauce

Ponzu

Bouillon

Apple cider vinegar

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Boil noodles, if a tougher texture is desired, steam them instead

  2. Make kinshi tamago by cooking beaten eggs in a pan

  3. Julienne all ingredients

  4. Combine seasoning to make a sauce

  5. To a pasta bowl, add sauce, noodles, then toppings and serve
