Chicken feet (300 g)

Lemon (juice and zest for marinade)

🧂Seasoning

Ginger

Negi

Cooking wine

Garlic (3 cloves)

Thai chili

Cilantro (1 bunch)

Sugar

Soy sauce

Fish sauce

Zhenjiang vinegar

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Cook chicken feet for 20 mins with ginger, negi and cooking wine

  2. Rinse and chill quickly

  3. Remove nails and split in half

  4. Marinade in a ziploc bag

  5. Let sit for one day in the fridge and serve
