🔢Directions

  1. With a high performance blender, make crushed pepper and finely ground pepper

  2. In a heat resistant container, mix crushed pepper and finely ground pepper one part to one part, and some sesame seeds

  3. Soak spices in water, then strain

  4. Heat a pan of rapeseed oil and slowly caramelize sliced ginger, green onions, onions, cilantro and spices over low heat

  5. Pour strained hot oil over the mixture and mix well, repeating at least 3 times

  6. Add brown sugar, salt and black vinegar

  7. After hot oil cools down, refrigerate for two weeks for flavors to develop
