Wood ear mushroom [a few]

Fuzhu (tofu skin) [1 handful]

Cilantro

🧂Seasoning

Sugartsp]

Bouillon powder [1 tsp]

Dark vinegar

Garlic

Sichuan pepper oil

Chili oil

🔢Directions

  1. Reconstitute tofu skin and wood ear mushroom

  2. Blanch wood ear mushroom

  3. To a pan, add tofu skin, stir over high heat until dry then fry with a dash of cooking oil

  4. Combine all ingredients and seasoning, then serve
