Beef [200 g]

Eggs [3]

Green onions

Baking sodatsp]

Water

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Soy sauce

White pepper

Salt

🔢Directions

  1. Thinly slice beef, marinade with baking soda for 2 hours

  2. Slice green onions, beat eggs

  3. Rinse off baking soda with plenty of water and season with soy sauce, then let sit for 30 minutes

  4. Boil a pot full of water, and quickly cook sliced beef

  5. Mix beef and beaten eggs, then season with white pepper and salt
