Corn on the cob

Water (250 ml)

Carrot

Flour

Broth

🔢Directions

  1. Cut kernels from a corn on the cob

  2. In a pan, saute half of a carrot with butter and add flour

  3. To a saucepan, add the roux, ⅔ of the kernels, and broth

  4. Blend, then add cobs, and simmer for 30 minutes

  5. Strain and flavor the soup with salt, add the remaining kernels to the soup

  6. Garnish with parsley
