Cut squid into finger-size pieces
Season squid and let sit in the fridge overnight
Dry in the oven at 210F/95C for 5 hours
Let sit in the fridge overnight
Dry in the oven again for 3 hours
Store in a ziploc bag at room temperature and serve as a snack
