🔢Directions

  1. Cut squid into finger-size pieces

  2. Season squid and let sit in the fridge overnight

  3. Dry in the oven at 210F/95C for 5 hours

  4. Let sit in the fridge overnight

  5. Dry in the oven again for 3 hours

  6. Store in a ziploc bag at room temperature and serve as a snack
