Carp collar / Basa filet / Sea bass filet

Green onions

Cooking wine

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Chopped garlic

Duojiao (or paojiao)

Sugar

🔢Directions

  1. Rinse duojiao and strain (skip if using paojiao)

  2. Make sauce with cooking oil, garlic, duojiao and sugar (if using paojiao, don’t add sugar)

  3. Steam fish with sauce over cooking wine

  4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve
