🥦Ingredients

Sushi grade salmon (300 g)

Lemons / Limes (½)

Onions (¼)

Thai chili (1)

Cilantro

🧂Seasoning

Garlic (3 cloves)

Sugar (1 tbsp)

Fish sauce

Soy sauce

Wasabi

🔢Directions

  1. Cut onions, cilantro, garlic

  2. Zest a lemon and juice half of it

  3. Cut salmon into thin slices

  4. To a ziploc bag, add all seasonings and ingredients except lemon juice

  5. Marinate for a day refrigerated

  6. Return to room temperature, add lemon juice and mix well before serving
