脆皮烧肉 / Crispy Roast Pork Belly¶

🥦Ingredients¶
Pork Belly [400 g]
🧂Seasoning¶
White pepper [¼ tsp]
Garlic powder [½ tsp]
🔢Directions¶
Make dry rub with sugar, salt, bouillon powder, white pepper, five spice powder and garlic powder
Boil the skin of the pork belly in water for 2 minutes
Poke tiny holes everywhere on the skin with a skewer
Make some cuts on the opposite side of the skin and apply the rub to the meat with some cooking oil
Enclose the meat with aluminum foil, exposing only the skin
Apply a layer of salt to the skin with some cooking oil
Cook in an air fryer at 110 degree Celcius for 1 hour to dry the skin
Remove the layer of salt and cook in the air fryer at 200 degree Celcius for 10 minutes
Cut the pork belly into pieces along the slits made previously and serve
