Burdock root [1]

Carrots

Sesame seeds

Sesame oil

🧂Seasoning

Soy sauce [10 ml]

Sugar [1 tsp]

🔢Directions

  1. With the back of a knife, scrape burdock root to clean

  2. Cut burdock root and carrots on the bias, then julienne

  3. In a pan, stir fry sliced burdock root and carrots with sesame oil for a few minutes

  4. To the pan, add soy sauce and sugar, mix well, then steam over low heat with lid on for 5 minutes

  5. Plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds

  6. Serve
