🔢Directions

1. Cook rice

2. Beat eggs

3. Coat rice in egg wash

4. In a wok, add cooking oil, green onions, and stir fry rice

5. Set aside, then fry the remaining egg wash

6. Add rice back, then seasonings and stir fry until rice jumps in the wok

7. Garnish with green onions and serve
