Cut cucumber and negi
Marinade and grill chicken
Make wrap skin with flour and water
Make sauce with a little cooking oil, one part sugar to two part tianmian sauce
Spread sauce on skin and put cucumber, negi, chicken, black pepper and mayo on top
Wrap and serve
