🥦Ingredients

Asparagus

1 quarter carrot

1 tsp cornstarch

Water [250 ml]

🧂Seasoning

Chicken bouillon (1.8 g or 300 mg sodium equivalent)

Salt (1.7 g or 650 mg sodium equivalent)

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Cut asparagus and carrot

  2. To a pan, add water, bouillon, salt, and bring to a boil

  3. Add vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes

  4. Thicken with cornstarch

  5. Add sesame oil and serve
