Hot water [45 ml]

Green onions

Cooking oil [30 ml]

🔢Directions

  1. Make dough by mixing 90 grams of flour, 45 ml of hot water and ⅛ tsp of salt, let sit for 20 minutes

  2. Add 10 grams of flour and ⅛ tsp of salt to a bowl

  3. Chop green onions

  4. Heat cooking oil in a pan until it smokes

  5. Add chopped green onions to the pan, then pour into the bowl, mix well

  6. Reshape the dough into a cylinder, and cut into small discs

  7. Layer the discs together with scallion oil brushed in between each layer

  8. Press down to make a pancake, then let sit for 15 minutes for dough to relax

  9. To a heated pan, add the pancake and steam on both sides over low heat, for 8 minutes

  10. Make a few cuts and serve
