1. Slice beef and soften with baking soda

2. Rinse off baking soda and marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch and cooking oil

3. Quickly cook beef in a pot full of boiling water

4. Prepare aromatics

5. Blanch broccoli and marinate with salt

6. Stir fry with all ingredients and seasoning

7. Serve
