Marinade chicken wings with bouillon, ground garlic, cooking oil and sriracha (optional)
Coat all wings with flour mixed with salt
Add water droplets to the flour while mixing to make flakes
Dip wings in water, then coat again with flakes
Fry the wings in cooking oil at around 150 degrees Celsius, about 2 to 3 minutes, in batches if necessary
Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes to cook wings with residual heat
Heat cooking oil to over 180 degrees Celsius, then fry wings one more time for 1 minute
Serve
