🥦Ingredients

Fermented mustard greens

Fish filet

Cornstarch

Lacto-fermentation brine

Seafood or beef stock

Green onions

Vermicelli (optional)

Cooking oil

Organic canola oil

Ginger

Dried chili

🔢Directions

  1. Slice fermented mustard greens diagonally

  2. Rinse dried chili and cut into rings with a pair of scissors

  3. Slice garlic, ginger, green onions

  4. Slice fish filet and season with salt and white pepper, then coat with cornstarch, then coat with cooking oil

  5. Boil a potful of water and add fish filet to the pot, then immediately remove from heat and let sit with lid on for 5 minutes

  6. To a pot, add seafood or beef stock, lacto-fermentation brine, and fermented mustard greens, then simmer for 10 minutes

  7. Add vermicelli and simmer for 5 minutes (optional)

  8. In a pan, heat organic canola oil until it smokes, then immediately add all aromatics and remove from heat

  9. Pour soup in a bowl, then add fish, then pour oil in and serve
