Chinese chive flowers

Reconstitute dried shrimp
Remove the top half of the chive flowers and cut the rest into sticks
Make slurry with water and cornstarch
To a heated pan of oil, add dried shrimp and stir fry for a few seconds
Add chive flowers and stir fry until cooked
Add all seasoning and slurry
Mix well and serve
