Pork chops

Potato starch

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Salt

Pepper salt seasoning (or salt and white pepper and five spice)

🔢Directions

  1. Tenderize pork chop, cut into connected pieces, and season with salt

  2. Coat pork chop in potato starch

  3. Fry in cooking oil, first over low heat to partially cook, and again over high heat after letting sit for 10 minutes

  4. Sprinkle on pepper salt and serve
