🥦Ingredients

Dried noodles (90 g)

Eggs (2)

Tomatoes

Canned crushed tomatoes

Cilantro

Green onions

Sesame oil

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Star anise (1 piece)

Ginger (10 g)

Negi

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Remove skin of tomatoes by boiling then cut into slices

  2. Make infused oil by caramelizing star anise, ginger and negi in cooking oil

  3. Boil dried noodles until al dente, rinse to cool down and set aside

  4. Make scrambled eggs

  5. To a pan, add infused oil, tomatoes, crushed potatoes, some noodle water

  6. Serve with sesame oil, cilantro and green onions
