🥦Ingredients¶
Mushroom (straw if available, otherwise shimeji or oyster)
Coconut milk
🧂Seasoning¶
Galangal
Lemongrass
🔢Directions¶
Blend galangal, chili, lemongrass in water
Separate shrimp and shrimp shell
In a pan, stir fry shrimp shell in oil then add the blend
Add lime leaves, coconut milk, shrimp paste, fish sauce
Simmer for 30 minutes
Remove shrimp shell, lime leaves etc.
Add shrimp and cook well
Garnish with cilantro, chili and serve
