🥦Ingredients

Shrimp

Mushroom (straw if available, otherwise shimeji or oyster)

Coconut milk

Cilantro

Cooking oil

Water

🧂Seasoning

Fish sauce

Galangal

Lemongrass

Kaffir lime leaves

Thai chili

Shrimp paste

🔢Directions

  1. Blend galangal, chili, lemongrass in water

  2. Separate shrimp and shrimp shell

  3. In a pan, stir fry shrimp shell in oil then add the blend

  4. Add lime leaves, coconut milk, shrimp paste, fish sauce

  5. Simmer for 30 minutes

  6. Remove shrimp shell, lime leaves etc.

  7. Add shrimp and cook well

  8. Garnish with cilantro, chili and serve
