🥦Ingredients

300 ml water

½ potato

¼ yellow onion

½ zucchini

Shrimp (3 count)

Tofu (half carton)

Green onion

Chili pepper

🧂Seasoning

Doenjang

Bouillon

Garlic (2 cloves)

🔢Directions

  1. Add potatoes, water, tofu, bouillon to a saucepan and simmer for 15 mins

  2. Add onion, zucchini and simmer for another 3 mins

  3. Add chili pepper, shrimp and simmer for another 2 minutes

  4. Finish with green onion and doenjang and serve
