Pork shoulder

Carrots

Bamboo shoots

Green onions

Cornstarch

Rapeseed oil

Water

🔢Directions

  1. Reconstitute wood ear mushroom, cook in water for a few minutes then cool with tap water

  2. Blanch bamboo shoots for a few minutes

  3. Slice garlic, ginger, green onions, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushroom, carrots

  4. Rinse duo jiao, strain and set aside

  5. Make slurry with cornstarch and water

  6. Julienne pork shoulder

  7. In a mixing bowl, combine pork shoulder, a little bit of cornstarch, white pepper and soy sauce, then let sit for 15 minutes

  8. In a pan, boil a large amount of water, quickly cook the pork and strain

  9. In a pan, heat cooking oil until smoking, then add aromatics (garlic, ginger, green onions, duo jiao)

  10. Add sugar, bouillon, soy sauce, black vinegar and slurry

  11. Add the pork, the vegetables and mix well

  12. Serve
