🥦Ingredients

1 eggplant

Cooking oil

Cilantro

🧂Seasoning

Hot pepper powder

Black pepper

Cumin powder

Chopped green onion

Chopped garlic (6 cloves)

Soy sauce (25 ml)

Sugar (1 tsp)

🔢Directions

  1. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil on an eggplant

  2. Bake the eggplant at 450 degree for 20 minutes

  3. Make garlic oil

  4. Mix garlic oil, green onion, sugar and soy sauce

  5. Apply mixed seasoning on flattened eggplant

  6. Sprinkle hot pepper powder, black pepper and cumin powder on the eggplant

  7. Cook for another 3 minutes, garnish and serve
