Hard tofu

Snow peas

Carrots

Wood ear mushroom

Cornstarch

Bones

Water

🧂Seasoning

Garlic

Salt

Bouillon

🔢Directions

  1. Prepare carrots and snow peas

  2. Parboil wood ear mushroom

  3. Press water out of tofu with a weight

  4. Fry tofu in oil over high heat to establish crust

  5. Make broth with bones and bouillon

  6. Reduce broth to half to make sauce

  7. Add all ingredients to the sauce and thicken with cornstarch, adjust salinity as needed

  8. Serve
