Hard tofu
Snow peas

🔢Directions¶
Prepare carrots and snow peas
Parboil wood ear mushroom
Press water out of tofu with a weight
Fry tofu in oil over high heat to establish crust
Make broth with bones and bouillon
Reduce broth to half to make sauce
Add all ingredients to the sauce and thicken with cornstarch, adjust salinity as needed
Serve
