🥦Ingredients

Chicken wings [400 g]

Cooking oil [50 ml]

Water

🧂Seasoning

Ginger [15 g]

Star anise [2]

Soy sauce [25 ml]

Sugar [30 g]

Shaoxing wine [50 ml]

White peppertsp]

🔢Directions

  1. In a pan, make caramel with sugar (20 g) and cooking oil

  2. When caramel starts bubbling, add chicken wings, star anise, ginger and stir well until the skin is cooked

  3. Add shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper and simmer for 20 minutes

  4. Remove chicken wings and reduce the sauce

  5. Add chicken wings back and coat well in the sauce, then serve
