🥦Ingredients

Salmon filet

Pickled ginger

🧂Seasoning

Soy sauce (use high quality ones)

Sugar

Salt

Wasabi

🔢Directions

  1. Slice the whole salmon fillet lengthwise down the center, then cut it into hand-sized portions

  2. For each portion, marinade with half the regular amount of salt and a teaspoon of sugar

  3. Let sit for one hour

  4. Remove the dark meats and skin, then cut into slices

  5. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger
