🧂Seasoning¶
Soy sauce (use high quality ones)
🔢Directions¶
Slice the whole salmon fillet lengthwise down the center, then cut it into hand-sized portions
For each portion, marinade with half the regular amount of salt and a teaspoon of sugar
Let sit for one hour
Remove the dark meats and skin, then cut into slices
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger
