Pork chop

Eggs

Green onions

Flour

Cornstarch

Shaoxing wine

Cooking oil

Water

🔢Directions

  1. Use a meat mallet to soften the pork chop

  2. Marinade the pork chop with a little soy sauce and white pepper

  3. Coat the pork chop with cornstarch and egg whites

  4. Make batter with water and flour

  5. Heat a pan of cooking oil, coat the pork chop with batter and deep fry for 2 to 3 minutes

  6. In a pan, make scallion oil with cooking oil, a batch of green onions and a few slices of ginger until slightly caramelized
