Wash clams to remove grits
Chop up douchi, slice green onions and thai chili
Soak douchi in shaoxing wine, and add grated garlic and white pepper
Heat a pan with cooking oil and add thai chili, then all other seasoning
Mix well to make black bean sauce
Add clams and stir fry
Steam with lid on for 3 minutes
Stir well
Plate, garnish with green onions and serve
