🥦Ingredients

Clams

Green onions

Shaoxing wine

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Sugar

White pepper

Douchi

Garlic

Thai chili

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

🔢Directions

  1. Wash clams to remove grits

  2. Chop up douchi, slice green onions and thai chili

  3. Soak douchi in shaoxing wine, and add grated garlic and white pepper

  4. Heat a pan with cooking oil and add thai chili, then all other seasoning

  5. Mix well to make black bean sauce

  6. Add clams and stir fry

  7. Steam with lid on for 3 minutes

  8. Stir well

  9. Plate, garnish with green onions and serve
