Lamb shoulder

Onions

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Ground cumin

Chili powder

Turmeric

Cumin seeds

Salt

Oyster sauce

🔢Directions

  1. Dice lamb shoulder, season with salt, oyster sauce and onion puree, let sit in the refrigerator for half a day

  2. Return lamb to room temperature, dry with a paper towel, and coat with cooking oil

  3. Cook lamb over high heat in an oven or an air fryer

  4. In a heated pan, combine cooking oil, ground cumin, chili powder, turmeric and cumin seeds

  5. Coat lamb in spice and make into skewers

  6. Serve
