Eggs [2]

Flour [35 g]

Water [100 ml]

Green onions

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Salt (2 g)

🔢Directions

  1. Chop green onions and pour hot oil on top

  2. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, flour, water, salt and scallion oil, then mix well

  3. To a nonstick pan preheated over medium heat, add a ladle of mixture and swirl it to spread evenly

  4. When the crepe starts to peel off the pan, turn it around with a silicone spatula, then set aside after a few seconds

  5. Repeat and serve
