Eggs [2]
Flour [35 g]
🧂Seasoning¶
Salt (2 g)

Chop green onions and pour hot oil on top
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, flour, water, salt and scallion oil, then mix well
To a nonstick pan preheated over medium heat, add a ladle of mixture and swirl it to spread evenly
When the crepe starts to peel off the pan, turn it around with a silicone spatula, then set aside after a few seconds
Repeat and serve
