Chicken feet (300 g)

Pepperoncini

Celery

🧂Seasoning

Fermented pepper brine

Ginger

Negi

Cooking wine

🔢Directions

  1. Cook chicken feet for 20 mins with ginger, negi and cooking wine

  2. Rinse and chill quickly

  3. Remove nails and split in half

  4. Slice celery

  5. Marinade all ingredients in a ziploc bag with fermented pepper brine

  6. Let sit for one day in the fridge and serve
