🥦Ingredients

Pork [200 g]

Hot green peppers [150 g]

Rapeseed oil

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Salt

Garlic

Soy sauce [10 ml]

Bouillon powdertsp]

Dried chili

Sugartsp]

Black vinegar

Douchi (optional)

Chili oil (optional)

🔢Directions

  1. Soak douchi in water if using

  2. Prepare garlic two ways, sliced and in big chunks

  3. Cut hot green peppers on the bias

  4. Thinly slice partially thawed pork with a heavy knife

  5. Boil a pan of water, remove from heat, then let pork cook in the water for a few minutes

  6. Strain the pork, and marinade with a pinch of salt

  7. Heat a pan of cooking oil, stir fry the pork until brown, then set aside

  8. In a pan, heat rapeseed oil until it smokes, then add dried chili and garlic and douchi (optional)

  9. To the pan, add hot green peppers and stir well until cooked

  10. Add soy sauce, bouillon powder, sugar and stir well

  11. Add pork, a dash of black vinegar, chili oil (optional) and stir well

  12. Remove dried chili and serve
