Dried wakame
🧂Seasoning¶
Miso (15 g)
🔢Directions¶
Soak wakame in water until reconstituted
In a bowl, add hondashi and wakame
In a saucepan, add water and tofu, then cook on high heat
When the water comes to a boil, remove the saucepan from heat and add chopped green onion
Dissolve miso in the saucepan with a strainer and pour the soup into the bowl
Mix well and serve
