Water (250 ml)

Dried wakame

Green onion

Tofu (fresh or frozen)

🧂Seasoning

Hondashitsp)

Miso (15 g)

🔢Directions

  1. Soak wakame in water until reconstituted

  2. In a bowl, add hondashi and wakame

  3. In a saucepan, add water and tofu, then cook on high heat

  4. When the water comes to a boil, remove the saucepan from heat and add chopped green onion

  5. Dissolve miso in the saucepan with a strainer and pour the soup into the bowl

  6. Mix well and serve
