🥦Ingredients¶
1 tomato
2 eggs
🧂Seasoning¶
Salt (2 g or 800 mg sodium equivalent)
Sugar (6.5 g)
🔢Directions¶
Blanch tomatoes and peel, then make longitudinal sections
Beat eggs and make scrambled eggs, then set aside
Pan steam tomatoes with seasonings, 1 to 2 minutes
Add scrambled eggs and mix well
Garnish with green onion and serve
