2 eggs

Green onions

🧂Seasoning

Salt (2 g or 800 mg sodium equivalent)

Sugar (6.5 g)

🔢Directions

  1. Blanch tomatoes and peel, then make longitudinal sections

  2. Beat eggs and make scrambled eggs, then set aside

  3. Pan steam tomatoes with seasonings, 1 to 2 minutes

  4. Add scrambled eggs and mix well

  5. Garnish with green onion and serve
