Pork chop (300 g)
Pineapple

🔢Directions¶
Make sauce with 100 g ketchup, 15 ml rice vinegar, 1 g salt and 20 g sugar (Too sweet, try a different composition with more emphasis on vinegar, also try store bought, need to evaporate the sauce before coating)
Preseason pork chop cubes with salt, white pepper and cooking wine
Wrap pork chop with egg white, cornstarch and deep fry
In a wok, add cooking oil and ketchup
Add green pepper and pineapple
When well done, add meat, stir-fry for a few seconds and serve
