Dried chili

Bell peppers (50 g)

Potatoes (250 g)

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Garlic

Sugartsp)

Bouillon (1 tsp)

Rice vinegar

🔢Directions

  1. Slice garlic and cut dried chili

  2. Julienne potatoes and bell peppers, rinse julienned potatoes to remove starch, then strain and dry with paper towels

  3. In a cold pan, add generous amount of cooking oil, aromatics, then slowly heat up the oil

  4. Add potatoes, bell peppers, salt, bouillon, sugar, then quickly stir fry, about 30 seconds

  5. Finish with rice vinegar to taste and serve
