Cucumbers (400 g)
🧂Seasoning¶
Sugar (40 g)
🔢Directions¶
Parboil cucumbers and mix with salt
Cover cucumbers with a plate and a weight to let water out
Combine seasonings and aromatics to make a brine
Rinse salt off cucumbers and combine with the brine in a ziploc bag
Let sit in the refrigerator for 2 days, then serve
