Portobello mushroom [100 g]

Butter [25 g]

Flour [15 g]

Water

🧂Seasoning

Salttsp]

Beef bouillon [1 tsp]

Black pepper

🔢Directions

  1. Slice portobello mushroom

  2. Make roux with butter and flour

  3. Add water to make a sauce, then add sliced portobello, beef bouillon, salt and ground black pepper

  4. Cook it down to the desired consistency, stirring occasionally

  5. Serve with rice
