Portobello mushroom [100 g]
Butter [25 g]
Flour [15 g]

Slice portobello mushroom
Make roux with butter and flour
Add water to make a sauce, then add sliced portobello, beef bouillon, salt and ground black pepper
Cook it down to the desired consistency, stirring occasionally
Serve with rice
