🥦Ingredients

Duck egg yolk (2)

Tofu (1 carton)

Peas

Cooking oil

Cooking wine

Green onion

Cornstarch (2 tsp)

Water (250 ml?try less)

Carrot

🧂Seasoning

Chicken bouillon (2 tsp)

Garlic

Sugar

🔢Directions

  1. Cook egg and ginger and carrot with oil

  2. Puree sauce and thicken with slurry

  3. Add water and bouillon

  4. Add peas and tofu

  5. Cook tofu for 5 minutes

  6. Garnish with green onion

  7. Use more sugar (or some carrot?), try olive oil
