Soften sliced beef with baking soda, 30 minutes
Mix sliced beef with soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch and cooking oil
Stir fry beef
Trim peppers and flatten
Fry peppers with ginger and garlic
Add beef, mix well and serve
