Chicken (500 g)

Thai basil

Water

Green onion

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Ginger (100 g)

Garlic (50 g)

Soy sauce (25 ml)

Sugar (7 g)

Cooking wine

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Fry garlic and ginger, add chicken and fry

  2. Add soy sauce, sugar, water, cooking wine and simmer for 30 minutes

  3. Add sesame oil, basil and green onion and serve
