🥦Ingredients¶
Noodles [185 g]
Cucumber [100 g]
🧂Seasoning¶
Star anise [1]
Ginger [10 g]
Black vinegar [a dash]
🔢Directions¶
Boil a large pan of water with added salt, cook noodles then drain, and soak in cool water
Set aside the noodle water
Slice cucumber, chop cilantro
In a pan, cook ground pork with cooking oil over low heat until brown, then separate the oil from the pork with a strainer
To a pan, heat the oil with star anise, ginger, and cook until fragrant, then remove the aromatics
Add doenjang, tianmian sauce, bouillon powder, white pepper, noodle water and reduce to make sauce
Add pork and mix well
To a bowl, add drained noodles, grated garlic to taste, a dash of black vinegar, chopped cilantro, meat sauce, sliced cucumber, and serve
