🥦Ingredients

185 g noodles

200 g ground pork

100 g cucumber

100 ml water

50 g cooking oil

1 tbsp cornstarch

Cilantro

🧂Seasoning

Star anise (1 piece)

Ginger (10 g)

Negi

Garlic (20 g)

Doenjang (48 g or 2 g sodium equivalent)

Tianmian sauce (34 g or 1 g sodium equivalent)

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Cook noodles, drain and soak in cool water

  2. Add doenjang, tianmian sauce and water to a bowl, mix well

  3. Add cooking oil, star anise, negi and ginger to a pan. Heat over medium heat until aroma comes out

  4. Add meat to the pan and stir fry until cooked

  5. Add mixed sauce to the pan

  6. Dissolve cornstarch in a little bit of water, add to pan and cook until thick

  7. Remove the pan from heat and add sesame oil to taste

  8. Mix noodles, sauce, garlic and toppings (cucumber, cilantro) in a bowl and serve
