Napa cabbage

Cornstarch

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Dried chili

Garlic

Bouillon

Salt

Sugar (a little)

Rice vinegar

🔢Directions

1. Wash dried chili and cut into rings, slice garlic

2. To a pan, add cooking oil, garlic and dried chili, heat until aromatic

3. Add cut, washed then dried napa cabbage, then stir-fry

4. Season with bouillon, salt, sugar

5. Finish with slurry and rice vinegar, then serve
