Fermented napa cabbage

Sweet potato noodles

Pork

Cooking oil

🔢Directions

1. Reconstitute sweet potato noodles

2. Slice pork and season with a little salt

3. Slice fermented napa cabbage, squeeze it and reserve the liquid

4. In a pan, add cooking oil and aromatics

5. Add fermented napa cabbage and stir-fry

6. Add fermented vegetable liquid and a dash of soy sauce

7. Add cut sweet potato noodles and simmer for a few minutes

8. Serve
