Beef

Vegetables

Wood ear mushroom

Cornstarch

Baking soda

Rapeseed oil

Water

🧂Seasoning

Bouillon

Garlic

Ginger

Green onions

Dried chili

Sichuan pepper

Doubanjiang

🔢Directions

  1. Slice beef and soften with baking soda

  2. Rinse off baking soda and marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch and cooking oil

  3. Quickly cook beef in a pot full of boiling water

  4. Prepare aromatics and vegetables

  5. Marinate vegetables with salt

  6. Stir fry vegetables with garlic, ginger, green onions, doubanjiang

  7. Add water to make soup, then add sliced beef

  8. Let it sit for a while to let flavors go in

  9. Reboil

  10. Make infused oil with rapeseed oil, garlic, green onions, dried chili, sichuan pepper

  11. Pour infused oil on top and serve
