🥦Ingredients

250 ml water

½ egg

90 g tomatoes

1 tsp cornstarch

Chopped cilantro

🧂Seasoning

Chicken bouillon (1.8 g or 300 mg sodium equivalent)

Salt (1.7 g or 650 mg sodium equivalent)

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Add water, chopped tomatoes, bouillon and salt. Bring to boil and cook tomatoes until tender over medium heat

  2. Thicken with cornstarch, bring to boil while stirring

  3. Remove from heat, add beaten eggs and stir

  4. Add sesame oil, cilantro and serve
