Pig’s ears

Cucumber

Cilantro

Cooking wine

Water

🧂Seasoning

Garlic

Ginger

Soy sauce

Black vinegar

Salt

Sugar

Chili oil

🔢Directions

  1. Cut cucumber and season with salt

  2. Blanch pig’s ears in water with ginger and cooking oil for 45 mins

  3. Let pig’s ears cool down in cold water

  4. Slice pig’s ears on the bias

  5. Mix drained cucumber, pig’s ears, soy sauce, salt, black vinegar, sugar, chili oil, garlic

  6. Let sit in the fridge for an hour

  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve
